I attended on 2 occasions, seeing Mr Rahul with my 94 year old father who is totally deaf and has dementia. Mr Rahul, and all the other staff in his department were courteous, and treated my father gently and with respect. The first visit, we did have a long wait to see Mr Rahul and weren't really kept informed about the delay so this would be a point to improve upon. The second visit was earlier than the appointed time as we were already at the hospital for another appointment, so made up for the delay on the first one.

Mr jayaram is a fantastic consultant, nothing is ever to much trouble. Any questions you have are answered , he explains everything in a way you can understand, he makes you feel like you are one of his family. Hes so passionate about what he does Mr jayaram saved my life and for that I will be for ever grateful

Mr Jayaram is a wonderful man, very nice to talk to, he explained my procedure in ways I understood. He was patient, and very professional. The surgery he performed was excellent, there is no scar at all, and I don't have to return. Very happy Mr Jayaram was there to look after me.

I can’t express how thankful my family and I are to Dr Jayaram and his team. I was diagnosed with Salivary gland cancer in April 2021, had two operations by 8th June 2021 and have been cancer free since .. the care , compassion, professionalism and even some humour has been out of this world. I always felt and feel like he got to know me as a person ..I have every confidence in him which is something very important for a patient about to under go surgery . He always answered my questions with honesty . He is always happy and caring and takes pride in his work . Lovely Dr and lovely team . I really don’t feel I can do him justice as there are no words to say or express how thankful I am
